BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MOUNTAIN ACTIVITIES
1. Purpose
These terms govern the booking and participation in mountain activities organised by NIMA Inner Flow and Mountain Guidance. By confirming the booking, the participant expressly accepts these terms.
2. Participation requirements
Participants must be in good physical and mental health, and must inform us of any limitations or medical conditions before the activity. The organiser may refuse participation if it considers there is a safety risk.
3. Bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed once a 30% deposit has been paid. The full amount must be paid at least 15 days before the start date.
4. Cancellation policy
- Up to 30 days before: 100% refund.
- Between 15 and 30 days before: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before: no refund.
- In case of force majeure, a change of date or a credit voucher of the same value may be offered.
5. Changes
NIMA may modify itineraries or dates due to weather conditions or safety reasons.
6. Insurance
Public liability insurance is included. Accident insurance can be arranged for an additional €4 per day.
7. Liability
Participants must follow the guide’s instructions and respect all safety rules. NIMA is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from failure to comply with these rules.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra.
WELLBEING AND YOGA RETREATS
1. Purpose
These terms govern the booking and participation in yoga and wellbeing retreats organised by NIMA Inner Flow and Mountain Guidance.
2. Participation requirements
Participants must be in good physical and mental health, and must inform us of any relevant medical conditions before booking.
3. Bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed once a 30% deposit has been paid. The remaining amount must be paid at least 15 days before the start of the retreat.
4. Cancellation policy
- Up to 30 days before: full refund.
- Between 15 and 30 days before: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before: no refund.
- In case of cancellation by NIMA, a full refund or a change of dates will be offered.
5. Changes
The organiser may adjust schedules or activities due to weather conditions or force majeure.
6. Insurance
Public liability insurance is included. Accident insurance can be arranged for an additional €4 per day.
7. Data protection
Personal data will be used solely for booking management, in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws in the Principality of Andorra.
